Situated in a naturally protected area of the Bay of Palma, surrounded by clear waters, Cap Rocat is naturally keen to conserve its ocean environment. The hotel has pledged to be zero-waste by 2019 and has already taken measures to replace straws, bottles and cosmetic containers with biodegradable alternatives.
Cap Rocat is dedicated to putting their success and positivity back into the world. They have recently joined the WHOLE WORLD WATER initiative, an innovative campaign in partnership with UNHCR (United Nations Agency for Refugees). The hotel filters, bottles and sells water and a percentage goes toward the campaign’s one billion dollar goal.
A former military fortress, Cap Rocat is in the most secluded area of Palma de Mallorca's bay. Stunningly blended into the landscape, this magnificent fortress has been totally refurbished by Antonio Obrador without altering its unique architecture and its natural environment.
Located above the Fortress Hall, the panoramic terrace is an excellent area for a cocktail during the warm summer evenings and with stunning panoramic views of the bay of Palma.
