Charity Spotlight – The Worldwide Tribe

In a period spanning nearly five-years, the European refugee crisis has claimed the lives of millions of civilians fleeing danger and persecution from the Middle-east and the African continent. More often than not, those who remain have had their rights and privileges stripped along with their humanity. However, where there is rain, there are flowers. Where some humans wage war, some promote peace and humility.

The Worldwide Tribe is a grassroots collective of Kent and London-based creatives using their incredible creative content to bring a human perspective to the Refugee Crisis.

Through film, photography, storytelling, and the impressive platform they have created, The Worldwide Tribe looks to raise awareness of grassroots projects that are making a direct impact to people on the ground, like installing wifi boxes in refugee camps to connect displaced people with their loved ones.

Their aim is to make the world that bit smaller, a united global community, void of prejudice and hate.
